Direct bank Deposit
Upon receiving booking confirmation, we require a 30% deposit in order to secure the seats and the rest will then be paid 1 month prior to tour date. And we accept only by BANK TRANSFER, and this is the only bank detail you will receive from us.

Cancellation Policy
In rare case, if we, Cambodiaoffroad, cancels the tour, 100% refund will be sent to you. And if you cancel after fully payment, a refund will be applied as following,
- 25% of tour fee if notice received more than 21 days prior to tour date.
- 50% of tour fee if notice received between 21 and 14 days prior to tour date.
- 75% of tour fee if notice received between 14 and 7 days prior to tour date.
- 100% (i.e. no refund) if notice received less than 7 days prior to tour date.
